What data is collected and processed?
This concerns personal data that is collected as part of your use of our services, including websites, online stores, and other functionalities provided by the Data Controller, including those stored in cookies, which are installed on our pages by us and our Partners.
For what purpose are personal data processed?
The Data Controller processes data for purposes described in the privacy policy, including:
- Marketing purposes – exclusively with the prior consent of the User,
- Conclusion and performance of contracts,
- Ongoing communication regarding placed orders, including confirmation and status information,
- Taking actions at the request of the Customer before concluding a contract,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller,
- Pursuing the so-called legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to our Partners and other entities for the purposes and under the conditions specified by law, processing them on our behalf, e.g. marketing agencies, service providers of our services, and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course, only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis. We also want to mention that on most of our websites, user traffic data is collected by our Partners.
Rights of users of websites and online stores concerning their personal data
Among the rights of users are, among others, the right to: request access to data, correction, deletion, or limitation of their processing. The legal basis arising from legal provisions for the processing of personal data of each user of our websites and online stores are the purposes of the Data Controller resulting from Article 6 of the GDPR.
